Refund policy
RETURN POLICY:
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase in the name given on the order.
Non-returnable items:
- Final sale items
(i.e. items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page, such as clearance or discontinued products)
- Gift cards
- Opened skincare or beauty products
- Orders placed outside our official website
- Purchases made from third-party retailers

If your return is accepted, customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. Furthermore, instructions on how and where to send your package will be given upon acceptance. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS:
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit in the form of a Gift Card. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at 'sales@cellcarecosmetics.com'.
Only purchases made directly on our official website are eligible for a refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been processed or shipped.
If your purchase was made through third-party retailer, please contact them directly for assistance.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact the carrier to make a claim immediately if the item is defective or damaged. If you receive the wrong item, contact us at "sales@cellcarecosmetics". If verified that the items sent were correct, as listed on the order, we will not refund or replace the item(s). If there is a mistake on our end, we will do our best to make it right!
